Time Out Week

Need to take some time out of your uni day to relax? Time Out Week has you covered. Coinciding World Mental Health Day, we will host various activities to help you un-wind and de-stress.
It is important to look after yourself, and that includes your mental well-being. Time Out Week encourages you to put yourself first and live a balanced student life. We will be working with other UTS departments like batyr and UTS Library to bring you activities to give yourself a little tender, love and care.
